Shading Gold and Dark Red
-
1.
Load Reikland Fleshshade onto a brush, removing any excess onto a palette to control how much goes onto the model, then carefully apply this to all of the golden and dark red detailing, like the rope and leathers, making sure to keep this off the blue armour as much as possible.
Citadel β Reikland Fleshshade

2.
Apply Reikland Fleshshade to the back of the cape, specifically across the sides of each fold, allowing the paint to settle into deeper areas.

Citadel β Stormhost Silver
Face - Skin Tone
-
1.
Mix one part Kislev Flesh with three parts Lahmian Medium, remove excess off the brush, then begin gently applying the super-thin paint over the face. Pulling the paint slowly helps to achieve a smooth coat, and it'll dry pretty quickly, letting you add a second layer to strengthen the color.
Citadel β Kislev Flesh
-
2.
Make the same mix with Word Bearers Red, which you'll use to add some extra warmth over the paler tone. This wants to be pulled towards the back of the head, up towards the cheekbones, and any other recesses around the face, letting the paint settle more towards these areas while keeping the raised areas lighter.
